1. Call to Order – Board Chair Dicken Crane
2. Roll call of Board members
3. Review & approval of minutes from March 24 meeting
4. Introduction of new WP Program Director by Dicken Crane
5. Update on MA Energy and Environmental Affairs Programs related to the WP – Lisa Primiano, Director, Division of Conservation Services
6. Officer Elections – for another term: Dicken Crane, Chair, Art Schwenger, Vice Chair, Alain Peteroy, Clerk. For Treasurer we may have an open seat if a Board member is interested, let me know.

1. Committee status – brief update from each sub-committee chair
2. Board discussion of National Heritage Area draft Assessment and Study
   1. Summary of comments received before the meeting
   2. Open discussion – general comments – what you like; what you would like to see improved
   3. Board discussion of the public outreach phase after incorporating Board comments– what type of meetings (zoom and/or in-person), where (at Select Boards?) and how many and who would be a good facilitator
3. Guest Speaker: Elise Leduc-Fleming, Williams College Hopkins Memorial Forest Manager (and WP Board member)
4. Update on the Woodcraft Collaborative project – Avril Levesque, Lever, Inc.
5. Updates from the WP Agent:- updates on various projects: (hiring of an attorney to help create a WP non-profit branch, on-going grants: tree planting, stewardship, “voices of the forest”, climate forest practices etc.
6. Any item not anticipated in 48 hours
